Whitney Port recently revealed she has been ’hitting the gym hard’ and yesterday the reality TV star put the results on display in Miami, Florida.

The former star of The City flaunted her lean and toned body in a floral bikini as she cooled off in the sea at South Beach.

It’s the second time the 26-year-old has enjoyed a day by the seaside during her visit to the city - she was spotted frolicking on the shore in a white bikini over the weekend.
